My aunt needs medical treatment for ocular melanoma. Where can I find websites that will donate $$?
She is just 55 yrs old and needs treatment but her husband is self employed and they could never afford health insurance while raising 5 children! She was diagnosed just 2 weeks ago and they fear it may have spread to her liver. She needs $ for treatment. Please help if you know where I can get donations within just days or a week at most. She doesn’t have time to wait.
She will need to contact her medical social worker. She can find out from her doctor how to locate one . . usually at the hospital or the cancer clinic. The social worker will go over all her finances and help put her in contact with any services that can help.
You may also need to organize friends and family members to put on benefit suppers, auctions, or raffles to raise money for her. Local organizations and churches will sometimes do this too.

Unfortunately she may not be able to find financial help as quickly as a few days or weeks . . she will need to talk to her doctor about her financial situation and make arrangements with him.
