Why smoking should be outlawed…Because my Mommy died from it

July 19th, 1961, a wounderful women was born.? Her name was Wendy M. Adkins.? She grew up in South Dakota.? She first worked with Haffners in 1981 after she graduated.? Later she began work witht eh South Dakota Department of Health in 1990.? Wendy was a great employey until ill health forced her to retire in February of 2006.? Which this ill health was Lung Cancer.? She got Lung Cancer from smoking.? They?made it so addicting that she couldent stop even when she was?sick.? I know that the smoking didn’t cause her to die but it caused the Lung Cancer which caused her to die.? And that all links back to the smoking.? She died on July 6th, 2006.? Note:? This is three days before her daughter’s 13th birthday and AKA her daughter is the one who is writing this.

Does the Tabacco company know what they put her through?? Do they know what they put my family through?? Does the Tabacco company know what they put me through?? NO, THEY DON’T!? You want to know why?? Because what we learn in health class is that they don’t care about there costomers or consumers.? I don’t hate them but I hate the job that they do.

Think about everyone you love, and then imagin you being my age and loosing your loving mother, or if you didn’t have a mother then either you know the pain I went through, or worse, or less.? But just imagin the one you love dieing from smoking.? How would you feel.? How would you live.? I lived in depression but I’m better now.? I’m more happy but not everyone gets over it.? Wouldent you hate smoking if it took away someone you loved?
